Quality

We try to make photos as ‘true’ to colour as possible, but please be aware that colour does display differently on every computer screen/tablet.

All feathers are professionally cleaned and dyed, and are hand sorted to ensure quality. There is a great deal of natural variation in the product so please be understanding that a couple of slight imperfections may creep in. We always gift a couple of extra feathers in each bunch so that should balance out any we’ve missed.

Please also be aware that the ‘short’ rooster feathers (12-14″/30-35cm) are also often naturally finer, narrower and less rigid. If you want to be sure of thick, high impact feathers it is better to buy long and cut them down.

Shipping

We take every care in packaging our items so they arrive with you in the best condition whilst also creating the minimum environmental impact. In the unlikely event that any feathers get bent during delivery they can be ironed back their original perfect state using a cool iron (silk/delicate setting)

Turnaround for standard parcels is 3-5 for the UK, 5-7 days for Europe and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. Please select special delivery* for a faster guaranteed service. *Special delivery is not always available same day. Please read our dedicated page before ordering.

Unfortunately Delicia cannot take responsibility for lost standard parcels once they enter the postal system unless we cannot provide proof of posting, so if youdon’t want to take any risks we recommend selecting the special delivery option.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return at your own postal expense within 30 days. Please note we are unable to refund p&p You will receive a refund (less 4% paypal charges and p&p) or a store credit to the full value of the purchase (less p&p). Click here for more details

Gift Vouchers/Store Credits

Redeemable at www.deliciafeathers.co.uk only. No replacement if lost or stolen, not exchangeable for cash. Valid for one year from the date of issue. May be renewed after this date for an additional £2 fee. The voucher is valid for a single use using its unique code.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Shipping Address and Email Address.
In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card or Paypal data.
